Thank you for visiting and shopping at KBJ. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders placed through our online store.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM (BST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or stock limitations, processing times may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

    • Outside Dhaka (Other districts): 3–6 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier workload, weather, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services across Bangladesh to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery is available nationwide through standard or express courier options depending on your location.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Updates

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately with the reason and an updated delivery timeline.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage.

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us so we can help locate your parcel.

  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, KBJ is not responsible for delays or loss caused by courier service errors, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.


7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future — updates will be posted on this page when available.


9. Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require a signature or confirmation from the recipient. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you for redelivery or leave the package with a nearby authorized person (if allowed).
