Thank you for shopping with KBJS - I01. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are damaged due to customer handling, missing parts, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

Certain items such as personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-related products (e.g., accessories, cosmetics, or personal items) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kashmiribeauty05@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

If your return does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at kashmiribeauty05@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the product showing the defect or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
